Sealy Engineering has extensive experience specifying and checking results of residential foundation repairs. We have found that many inspectors do not have such experience and may not provide a foundation repair plan. A foundation repair plan is available if needed.

We can schedule termite or pest inspections as a courtesy to our clients to ensure quality inspections and have less hassle in getting the inspections scheduled.
Pools and Moisture
Some clients want pool, moisture, well, and other inspections done and we also work with several competent firms in Houston in getting those inspections scheduled for our clients or you may schedule your own people.
