All inspectors are not created equal. At Sealy Engineering we perform very thorough structural or foundation inspections by a licensed professional engineer.

• We are able to schedule concurrent mechanical and termite inspections. We have a Supra key for realtor convenience.
• Clients receive a written summary and drawings with a discussion of the findings at the time of inspection.
• Accurate floor plan of each floor with level readings.

Format written report within one working day of inspection. This can be emailed or faxed, if needed.

We have found that many engineers don't have much experience with foundations and either ignore it, call for someone with such experience to check it out, or they may charge extra for a foundation repair plan.
